Our Process

Our process in treating all cedar is to first pressure wash the cedar with a non toxic chemical.  This removes black mold and contaminants and prepares the surface for the next phase of treatment.  This may include sanding before we apply oil or stain.  We return to inspect and clean your cedar again after 6  months and then re-apply oil or stain, one year after the initial application.  This guarantees that your property will remain looking great for up to 5 years.
